CloseChris Sawchuk is a Principal, Global Practice Leader and leadership team member with The Hackett Group, an intellectual property-based strategic consultancy to global companies.
He has over 20 years of experience successfully advising hundreds of Fortune 500 as well as midsized companies across all industries globally. Sawchuk has provided operational and transformational guidance in strategy and organisational change as well as process design and digital technology enablement to significantly improve the supply management capabilities of these companies.
He is globally recognised in his specialty of supply management including strategic sourcing and supply risk management. He is cited regularly in business publications, a frequent presenter at industry events, author of numerous research papers, and a current and past member of the advisory boards of several developing companies.
A leader in digital transformation and the utilisation of AI, Declan has been a member of the external Group Executive Board at Chain IQ, a procurement BPO provider, and a fundamental part of a procurement leadership team, winning “Star Performer” status by Everest.
Declan has developed the official CIPS training courses to deliver strategic business transformation for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the procurement function and at a practitioner level. With global expertise he has a proven track record of delivering large digital projects for S2P, CLM, SRM and TPRM for market leading clients.
Sayan Debroy is a Product Leader and subject matter expert in Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM), specializing in the design of AI‑native supplier risk and risk intelligence solutions. He focuses on building scalable, execution‑driven platforms that address real‑world challenges across financial and operational risk, supplier ethics and compliance, supply chain resilience, and responsible sourcing.
Sayan works at the intersection of regulatory expectations, data constraints, and limited supplier engagement to deliver SaaS solutions that embed AI and automation at the core of risk decision‑making. Alongside product leadership, he has led end‑to‑end program setup, governance design, and analyst enablement to help organisations strengthen their TPRM and responsible sourcing capabilities.
