CloseRika began her career as an IT intern at a South African bank, gradually advancing to roles in asset management and later as a data analyst. Seven years ago, Rika transitioned from the corporate world to TopFruit, where she focuses primarily on the administration of Pink Lady® and JOYA®. With her background in IT and data analytics, she quickly became involved in the digital transformation of TopFruit. As an intellectual property (IP) management company, TopFruit initiated a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, in which Rika played a key role in implementing Agiloft.
Allison has over 25 years of strategic marketing experience with the last decade of that focused on B2B SaaS product marketing. With a demonstrated track record of marketing success in a variety of markets, Allison has extensive experience in the legal tech industry, working for LexisNexis, Elevate, and now Agiloft. Additionally, Allison has taught marketing at the collegiate level at both Virginia Commonwealth University and University of Richmond. Allison received her undergraduate communications degree from Appalachian State and her master's degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University.
