Over 10 years later, he decided it was time for a change and pivoted into working for a VC firm within India. Inspired by his experience in the entrepreneurial space, Jag founded Certa in 2016 with help from Techstars and angels. Certa has recently raised an oversubscribed $35M dollars in its Series B funding round by lead investors, Fin Capital and Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India.
Marsel Khanane is a leading innovator in procurement and supply chain management, known for pioneering the first procurement learning platform and implementing advanced procure-to-pay cycles. Marsel was the recipient of the CIPS MENA Young Talent 2024 award, and has previously held positions as group supply chain manager, EMEA for TASHAS Group, and group head of procurement & cost control, Tactile Food Group.
