Ben is a strategic leader, responsible for oversight of Werner’s Vendor Strategy. He's been in the role since January 2022 and has automated rebate management in Q2 2022.
Ben's responsibilities include: management of corporate incentive programs, collaboration with product management team on vendor strategy creation and execution, and leading Werner’s engagement with affiliated distributors (AD).
Andrew spent 25 years in retail management. For the past 11 years Andrew has been leading teams that manage procurement, pricing and product data. While rebate management is a fairly new element for Andrew, he’s been around vendor relationships and business analytics his entire career.
Claire has over 20 years’ experience in merchanting including both Saint-Gobain and Grafton Group Plc and has held several leadership roles in procurement, category management and marketing. Having worked with multiple ERP systems throughout her career, Claire is very familiar with the challenges businesses face when managing supplier data and rebates. A true agent for change who continually strives to improve business processes and deliver efficiencies to unlock potential and drive growth.
