The pandemic focused attention on the robustness, or otherwise, of supply chains like no other time in recent history. With so many working remotely from their colleagues, it also brought the importance of technology into focus, not least with the board.

Salesforce joined us for a virtual roundtable of procurement experts to unpack the supply chain experience, and the role that technology can play in transforming the procurement function.

A straw poll of attendees quickly revealed that although systems were in place, there was a hunger to know more about the subject with several delegates admitting that their organisations were still early in their digital transformation journeys.
