He is also a leading facilitator and procurement analyst and develops benchmarking activities covering a broad range of procurement categories and practices. Prior to joining CASME Graham spent 20 years working in procurement for the music industry within an operational and marketing environment. At EMI, Graham regularly supported major artists, including The Beatles, Queen and Pink Floyd, in developing and sourcing their unique packaging requirements, and subsequently worked on the company’s first music streaming contract.
Graham is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and has chartered status.
Matt Griffin is a senior procurement and commercial executive with nearly 30 years of experience driving transformation, efficiency, and value across the UK public sector. Currently serving as Head of Procurement Operations at NHS Supply Chain, Matthew leads strategic sourcing, governance, risk, and commercial technology across a national footprint.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, Matt has successfully led multi-million-pound programmes, shaped policy, and delivered measurable outcomes in complex and regulated environments. His leadership has spanned high-value categories including logistics, ICT, and professional services.
Matt has held senior roles across the Public Sector, consistently providing expert commercial guidance and influencing board-level decision-making. He is known for building high-performing teams, driving procurement innovation, and aligning commercial strategy with organisational goals.
