CloseAs a director at GEP, Natalie has led procurement consulting deliverables over a wide range of categories. She is an expert across all procurement aspects, from strategy and transformation to tactical cost-out across multiple sectors and categories. She also has end to end supply chain expertise with specific focus on supplier–facing activities and inventory. During a 15 year consulting career in boutiques, mid-tier and Big 4 consultancies, Natalie has delivered global procurement transformation and led cost-out initiatives for clients in multiple sectors. She has also redesigned supply chains for greater efficiencies, including greenfield for a start-up. Prior to consulting, Natalie worked in retail, CPG and the public sector — including sitting on government advisory groups about sustainable procurement. Natalie is a Fellow of CIPS and holds their Ethical Practitioner status.
