Paul Vos is an experienced management professional with over 30 years of leadership across diverse sectors, including media, hospitality, franchising, and education. He holds an MBA from Milpark Business School and is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA). His career is built on a strong foundation in strategic leadership, operational excellence, advocacy, and business development.
As the General Manager of CIPS Southern Africa, Paul leads the region’s strategic direction, operational management, and advocacy efforts, ensuring the continued growth and influence of the procurement and supply profession. He oversees all aspects of membership, professional development, commercial partnerships, and engagement with policymakers and industry leaders to drive the professionalisation of procurement and supply chain management. He has also played a pivotal role in shaping CIPS’ broader strategic initiatives, having previously served as Interim General Manager and Special Projects Manager.
Beyond CIPS, Paul’s career includes senior leadership roles such as Managing Executive at Tri Facts (Pty) Ltd, Managing Director of Go.See.Do. Media (Pty) Ltd, and Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa at Morris Visitor Publications. He also contributes to executive education as an Industry Expert in Project Management with MasterStart.

His extensive background in multinational organisations, including TIME Magazine and The Economist Group, has further honed his expertise in commercial strategy, business development, and marketing.
