ClosePatricia Mees is a professional with several years of experience in supply chain management and sustainability, having worked across industries such as telecommunications, automotive and aerospace. At Telefónica Germany, Patricia leads initiatives to ensure compliance with evolving regulations like the LkSG, while also developing strategic concepts and processes to drive ESG impact within the supply chain.
Paula Gonzalez Barreto is, amongst other things, Global Sustainable Supply Chain Lead at Telefónica S.A. Her current work focuses on implementing sustainable practices across Telefónica's supply chain, with a particular emphasis on Scope 3 emissions reduction and responsible sourcing practices. This includes driving initiatives to minimise environmental impact, fostering collaboration with suppliers on ethical labour practices and due diligence, and promoting collaboration within the ICT sector to escalate impact.
Prior to specialising on supply chain sustainability, Paula holds a strong background in human rights and digital rights in the ICT sector, thus providing a comprehensive understanding of the social and ethical dimensions of supply chain management.
