Christophe Quiquempoix, winner of the Sustainable Procurement Champion CIPS Excellence award, will explain Schneider Electric’s pioneering Zero Carbon Project. Already achieving a significant reduction of 27% of operational emissions of their top 1,000 suppliers, the framework is engaging suppliers to reduce their environmental impact – many of which had little previous knowledge of carbon measuring and reporting.  

You’ll also hear from Normative’s Dr. Alexander Schmidt, who will tie these two initiatives together and provide a wider view of what best practice looks like across the procurement and supply profession. Schmidt will give insight into the biggest sustainability challenges facing companies today, as well as avenues for solutions.
