He established the Procurement function within Thoughtworks, implementing a center-led operating model and sponsoring the global roll-out of Coupa, before taking on an expanded role with Business Services last year. Johan has a background in Procurement consulting. He has delivered cost transformation and operating model design programs for a range of clients across multiple industries.
Sarah is a Senior Associate in the Technology and Media team at the international law firm, CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. She has over 11 years’ experience as a commercial intellectual property (IP) and technology specialist, with a broad range of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with an IP or technology focus. Sarah has been following the UK and EU’s approach to AI for a number of years, including the UK ‘saga’ around the use of copyright works for training AI. She supports clients in a variety of industries and sectors on AI-related matters, including advising on: contractual provisions for the procurement of AI systems or AI-related services, as well as for the use of AI by suppliers; workplace policies on the use of AI; compliance with the EU AI Act; and the interplay between AI and copyright.
